Reel Listing Studio ("we", "us") turns real estate listing photos into walkthrough videos, as a done-for-you service and as a self-serve Studio at reellistingstudio.com/studio. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you request a video: your name, mobile number, email, the listing link or address, the package you pick and any notes you add.
When you create an account: your email and a password (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form), plus your plan, credits and usage.
Listing photos and details: the photos and listing information you add or import so we can make your video.
How you found us: if you arrive through a partner's link, the partner who referred you; and the ad campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, which Facebook campaign).
Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider records basic request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To prepare your quote, make and deliver your videos, and provide the Studio.
To contact you about your request by phone, text message or email.
To run your account: sign-in, credits, billing and support.
To credit the partner who referred you.
To understand which of our ads and pages work, and to improve our service.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing.

Text messages and calls

By sending the request form, you agree that we, or the partner who referred you, may contact you by call, text or email about your request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or email us. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the service:

Render	Hosts our website and stores account and request data.
fal.ai	Our AI video provider. Receives the listing photos needed to create motion clips.
Anthropic	Our AI writing provider. Receives listing photos and details to label shots and write captions.
Resend	Sends our emails, such as request alerts and password resets.
PayPal	Processes payments when you pay. We never see or store your full card details.
Google Fonts	Serves the fonts on our pages, which means your browser connects to Google.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

Cookies

Sign-in cookie: keeps you signed in to your account.
Referral cookie: remembers which partner referred you, for up to 90 days, so they get credit.
Preferences in your browser: the Studio saves your settings and drafts on your own device.

We don't currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on our pages. If we add them, for example to measure our Facebook ads, we'll update this policy first.

Your photos

Listing photos are processed in your browser and, for AI features, sent to the AI providers above to create labels and motion clips. We don't sell or publish your photos, and we don't keep them on our servers after your video job finishes, other than the finished files we deliver to you.

How long we keep it

We keep request and account information for as long as you have an account or as needed to provide the service, keep business records and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, such as California's. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords only as secure hashes, and limit who can access customer data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Reel Listing Studio is for real estate professionals and property owners. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
